Subject to availability, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

For the return address on packages we will use our company name of WL Products
and our PO Box address.

All our packaging is plain and 100% discreet.

All our orders are dispatched in either plain brown boxes or jiffy bags. The
return address simply states WL Products and gives our PO Box address, so there
is nothing on the packaging to either identify the contents or the sender as
Whollylove.
Deliveries to the UK
Depending on the package weight and destination, delivery will either be by
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post, or by Initial City Link.
Postage and packaging is £4.50 for all orders, but on orders over £30.00
a FREE GIFT will be included.
Delivery should be made within 3 days of dispatch.
(The UK includes: England; Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Northern Ireland;
Scotland; and Wales.)
European & World delivery
We now deliver throughout the world.
We will only ship to the cardholder at the cardholders address on credit card
orders.
Tracking numbers will be provided on all overseas services.
We will provide correct Customs information and documentation for those
countries outside the EU, to ease the transit of your parcel.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not get through customs because
of the laws in your country, so please take this into account prior to
ordering.
Delivery should be made within 5-10 days of dispatch.
Parcels will be sent by airmail.
Europe (Including Republic of Ireland)
For packages weighing up to 2kg (that’s most orders), postage and packaging is
£10.00.
If your order weighs over 2kg, we will email you, informing you of the
additional cost before it is dispatched.
Delivery will usually be by Royal Mail airmail service.

Please note that, due to airplane restrictions, we are unable to include free
batteries outside the UK.
USA, CANADA, and the rest of the world
For packages weighing up to 2kg (most orders), postage and packaging is £15.00.
If your order weighs over 2kg, we will email you, informing you of the
additional cost before it is dispatched.
These charges apply to all other countries not in the list below.
Please note that, due to airplane restrictions, we are unable to include free
batteries outside the UK.
When purchasing your goods, all our prices are in Sterling.
At the point at which your card is charged for your order, our card services
provider (Barclaycard) will convert the price in Sterling to your own currency
using the exchange rate applicable at that time.

OUR PACKAGING AND THE ENVIRONMENT
When delivering products to our customers, it is of the highest importance to
both ourselves and our customers that they arrive safely and undamaged.
Due to the varying sizes of products - we stock items measuring from as little
as 3cm to nearly 1m long - the packaging of these items can be challenging. To
make delivery straighforward and trouble-free, we try wherever possible to send
the order out in one box. Wherever possible, we re-use packaging received with
our stock from our suppliers, as part of a concious decision to be
environmentally friendly. These include a number of different materials,
including foam, re-cycled paper 'scrunches', plastic air bags, and plastic
wrap. We re-use whichever of these appear to be most appropriate for the order
being assembled. In the event that our stock of re-useable packaging has run
out, we use shredded newspapers obtained from recycling facilities. The invoice
included in the order asks that, where appropriate, customers re-use the
packaging themselves. It is also our policy to correspond with customers by
email wherever possible to minimise use of paper.
