Not only are you ministering to married couples, you're also way out in front presenting the Christian view of sex to people who are in or use the sex industry who may never come across anything like it otherwise! You are brave and courageous and I shall be supporting you in my prayers; as they said about music, "Why should the devil have all the best tunes?!" I think what you're doing is absolutely vital because society is so much more open these days and so many people have an "anything goes" attitude: we Christians know that's not the case and you are living it out, too. I'm divorced, which is hard enough, but the Church lets us down disgracefully when it comes to matters of sex. It is so hard to find Godly advice or a listening ear when a single person (me, I mean, of course!) is confronting issues relating to sex (especially the difficulties of abstaining, now I know what I'm missing); and yes, sex within marriage IS or can be wonderful and is a magnificent gift from our loving Father and Creator. I've felt SO guilty looking for/at sex aids; now I know I'm not the only Christian who thoroughly enjoys sex, I'll jettison that nagging little voice! (And God willing, I'll marry again and have a whale of a time, too...)

They did go a bit overboard on the sex toys, but I thought it was reasonably well balanced in every other way.
As far as I was concerned, the aims did come across quite clearly, and the Christian approach was emphasised several times, and the advice part of it was briefly mentioned. They did include the good aims and the real struggles as well, with the churches attitudes and lack of support. They showed a good balance of you and Stan and the children and home, and the rest of your life apart from the website. I didn't think that the money side of things was out of order at all- after all you are suffering financially because of this "crusade " which you are doing for God and I saw that as a reasonable point to emphasise. I felt that was quite OK.
So I was quite impressed. There were a lot of positives and the sex toys did not dominate the entire thing, but rather you as a couple and what
you are trying to do for God and for Christians.
Well done for all the sweat and slog of it all and for being pioneers in such a hard part of the vineyard. It takes a lot of courage and one day there will be some rewards."

(We are to be in the world, but not of the world) I am only a fairly new born again Christian, before this and still up to just recently have been struggling with lust and masturbation, and believe the two "can" go hand in hand. First and foremost, the majority of times when a male becomes aroused whilst single, the major contributors are thoughts and images of woman, and if he then masturbates to these thoughts is that not lust.
It would take a tremendous amount of strength and willpower to simply not think or fantasize of other women while masturbating, more then I believe most men and woman possess (this is where I believe the guilt most people feel after masturbating comes from "lust"). This leads me on to the second part of masturbation (for those who may have the will power to control their
thoughts).
Self-centered thinking
I believe masturbation is all about ME. What I can get for myself (How I can please myself), otherwise we would not do it. As followers of Christ, we should be seeking to turn away from our self center thinking. Luke 9:23

We've done a great deal of research for a 13 hour seminar we do in our church on Sexual Intimacy in Marriage and find there is a fine line between providing useful and usable sexually explicit information and information designed to titillate. It is easier to perceive first person sexually explicit information as pornography than third person information. A perfect example is your article on Masturbating As Part of Sex Together. This is third person, explicit and not pornographic. Well done on such a good website!
